Can't let myself down this time

Hi everyone, My name is Josh. 29, and I reside in Maryland. So the story begins that I can active person back in Nigeria without even realizing it. I use to walk at least 10 miles to and from the school 5 days a week without any problem. I played soccer almost every evening and I enjoyed all the activities without any issue. Gone are those days though!. I came to the United States on January 1 2007 weighing just 130 pounds and stand 5 feet 5 inches. Without paying attention to what I eat and what I do over the years, my heaviest was 171 pound about 2 weeks ago. Currently, I'm 168 pounds, and my goal is between 140-145 pounds. With that being said, I'm definitely going to need all the help and motivation I could get. I have tried insanity, p90x, jillian michael's body revolution and now Focus T25 . I definitely feel like a collector of all these programs; however, I feel a little different this time... knowing that this is only 25 minutes. So far I've been doing a great job staying commited and motivated, something keeps telling me that it's a matter of time before I fall back again. Long story short.. Please HELP!!! all kind of tips for staying commited, healthy food choice, and so on. And yes! I need friends too. Feel free to add me. :happy:

  • It is so interesting how common it is to really not move in America at all. I don't drive, as I live in the city and know that if I did it would really cause a weight gain for me. Unfortunately the pollution makes it hard to walk extremely long distances. You are rather inspirational in the different workout plans you have tried. Personally I should branch out but I like my walking! Sending a request. We won't let ourselves or each other down!

    Thanks for stopping by and showing some love.. I just nailed my Focus T25 total body circuit. It was awesome
