Overseer's command: Verify who won last week's weigh in and post the answer in The Hero's Enclave
Karma

Karma is simply a numerical measure of good or bad acts you perform throughout the competition via quests or perks. Having Good, Neutral or Bad Karma may affect the outcome of certain situations and rewards.
-250 to -500 Very Bad Karma
-100 to -249 Bad Karma
0-149 Neutral Karma
150-249 Good Karma
250-500 Very Good Karma
Perks:

With Perks, you gain special abilities (generally for a week) that may help you get ahead in the competition, even if your weight loss is less than stellar. Perks may be gained automatically through weight loss, leveling up, or unlocking acheivements.
You can choose to be naughty or nice. If you choose to be naughty and invoke the "darkside" of a perk (results in negative Karma), you must first PM the Overseer. Either way you choose to play, just remember, Big Brother is always watching and "rewards" behavior both good and bad
Action Boy / Action Girl - You want things done. And you want them done NOW. You gain an additional 10 Action Points while exploring a vault or dungeon.
Ain't Like That Now - You used to be fat. But you ain't like that now. From now on, every pound you lose will be converted into 1g [Good Karma], or your experience gains are permanently increased by 50% [Bad Karma], or your movement speed is permanently increased by 50% [Neutral Karma].
Casanova / Cassie Nova - Your slimmer physique has increased your charisma. You may choose to sweet talk two members of the opposite (or same) sex and convince them give you 50% of their experience points for the week. (They do not lose those points). In addition, you will gain 2 reputation points.
Darkside: "My Bloody Valentine" - The holiday stirs dark, repressed memories within you. You go on a killing spree and consequently "murder" three competitors in the process.
Confirmed Bachelor (male) / Switchblade Romance (female) - You've learned that getting what you want sometimes requires swallowing your pride. Outside of combat, you will sometimes have unique dialogue options with members of the same sex. In combat you do 10% additional damage to opponents of the same sex. To obtain this perk you must be at least Level 5 and have 6 Charisma.
Courage Today, Victory Tomorrow: You've proven yourself to be an invaluable asset to both the Enclave and the Overseer. For the next week, any weight, experience, or gold multipliers you gain from perks will stack additively.
Chrono Chaos - You dash ahead of the competition and manipulate the time-space continuum, earning 2.5x EXP for the week.
Darkside: "Time Paradox" - You manipulate time to slow down a competitor's experience gains to 0.5x for the next week and grant them a 1lb disadvantage at the next weigh in. In addition, you gain 1.5x experience and a 1 lb advantage at the weigh in.
Diplomat- From your constant travels on MFP you learn to feign a European (or American) accent. You can now charm another competitor of the opposite (or same) sex and convince them to share 25% of their experience points with you for the week.
Fast Metabolism - Your rapid weight loss has enabled you to gain 1.5x experience for the next week. In addition, you gain +1 reputation.
Good Vibrations - The karmic angel smiles down on you. You gain 10 karma and earn gold at a rate of 1.5x.
It's A Secret to Everybody: For the next three weeks, you somehow manage to add half a pound to your weight loss. How do you do it? It's A Secret to Everybody... Requires 7 Intelligence, Bad Karma.
Miss Fortune - Miss Fortune is stalking you and disaster follows you everywhere you go. If you do not defeat the person who put out the hit on you, you will lose two levels and gain a 2lb disadvantage at the next weigh in. If you are successful, Miss Fortune will return to stalk your tormentor instead.
Mysterious Stranger - Just when you feel your luck has run out, a Mysterious Stranger arrives and puts his faith in you, aiding you in battle. While he accompanies you, you gain 4x experience. As he disappears back into the night, you become melancholic and only gain 0.25x exp the next week.
Overseer's Blessing - You've gained the Overseer's confidence and he allows you to add an additional 0.5 to any experience or weight multiplier.
Plus-Sized Beatdown - You fly into a fit of rage. You gain 2x experience and earn a 2lb advantage at the next weigh in.
Darkside: Enlist Miss Fortune to take out a competitor. If Miss Fortune is successful, you will gain a 3 lb advantage at the next weigh in and usurp 3 levels from your victim.
Protector of the Damned - Your acts of kindness has not gone unnoticed by the Overseer. You instantly go up one Title level and earn experience at a 1.5x rate.
Darkside: "Demon Demagogue" - You acquire the wicked eloquence of the a 1940's era Populist politician. You mesmerize and disorient three random competitors, convincing them to sit out of the next weigh in and stealing a one pound advantage from each of them.
Resilience - Your remarkable spirit and willpower repels disorientation, negates the experience penalty from Time Paradox, removes the fatigue effect from Victory Rush, reduces melancholy and prevents level losses that may be brought about from Miss Fortune. Resilience lasts for three weeks. If it has not been consumed within that time, you automatically gain two levels.
Russian Roulette - You spin me right round, baby, right round like a record baby. Will you tempt fate?
RNG Manipulator - In any instance that involves probability, your chances of a favorable outcome are significantly increased. Requires Bad Karma and 9 Luck.
Soldier of Fortune - if you manage to beat the person(s) you taunted at the weigh in, you will earn gold equal to 1% of the experience points they gained that week. You will always earn a minimum of one gold and this perk is only applicable to to a maximum of two opponents taunted per week.
Sticky Fingers: You just can't help yourself. You've gained the ability to pickpocket bosses and quest givers. Each pickpocket attempt costs 5 Action points and results in negative karma. Requires 6 Agility.
Starlight Angel - You've gained your own personal guardian angel, armed with a .44 Magnum and deadly accuracy. For the next week you earn experience at a rate of 4x. At the end of the week, the Mysterious Stranger sacrifices himself to defend you from one final ambush. You are then immune to all negative status effects and gain a 3 lb advantage at the weigh in. Requires Very Good Karma.
Urban Explorer - You've learned to adapt to traveling through the chaotic ruins of the urban Wastelands. Your Run/Walk distance quest requirements have been reduced by 25%. In addition, you are less likely to set off traps while exploring a vault.
Victory Rush - Intoxicated by the thrill of victory on the battlefield, your adrenaline increases and you gain 2x experience for the next week, but if you fall below the middle tier you will become fatigued and will gain 0.5x experience the following week. If you place in the top tier, you will be granted 2 reputation points. .
Darkside: "Chrono Calamity" - You unleash Chrono Calamity on two opponents, which doubles the penalties and gains caused by "Time Paradox" and cannot be mitigated by Resilience.
Welcoming Ceremony - From your victories abroad, you've proven yourself to be a hometown hero, and as such deserve a hero's welcome. A welcoming ceremony has been held in your honor, and every competitor pays you a one gold tribute.
Walking on Sunshine - and don't it feel good! For every mile you walk you have a 25% chance of finding gold. [Good Karma]. For every mile you walk you have a 25% chance of finding a valuable item [Neutral Karma]. For every mile you walk you have a 25% chance of picking up a "performance enhancing" chem such as Psycho, Jet, or Nuka-Cola Quantum. [Bad Karma]
Womanizer (male) / Black Widow (female) - You use your wily charm to seduce, deceive and murder those in your way.
