    Great swimming folks - special congrats to UmmSqueaky!!

    First sesh back in the pool after a few weeks long CFS spike (grrr). Prob just only c500m or so. Easing back in....

    But at least I discovered the Sunday morning session is fine numbers wise, and I got my 13 year old girl there too.

    gently, that must have felt good! I'm sorry to hear about the CFS spike. That can sideline a workout plan for sure. But how lovely to return on a quiet Sunday morning and with the 13 yo too! My 15 yo might never swim with me again... She's a bit burned out for now.

    No swim for me today. Off to the doctor tomorrow - may have pleurisy which is not ideal when I have an ocean swim event on Saturday!

    My buddy Matt came up in the middle of my workout. Which was awesome because he makes me swim faster. He asked if I hated myself after looking at my plan for the day. Let's see if anyone catches what he saw.

    don't know what some of the abbreviations are - but generally that is a killer swim.

    Fist made me smirk (even though I do those drills too sometimes :D)

    No swim yesterday as worked an 11 hour day. Hopefully get a short one in tonight - road trip today to the location for the ocean swim tomorrow as in the photo! The swim is out and around those two islands.
