    200 free warm up
    4x 225 free/25 sprint/50 kick/100 pull/50 sidekick

    And then spent 10 minutes working on flip turns and got about half the pool up my nose because I forgot to blow out the first time 😂

    Yes! A lot of self talk to get there, but then 1.5 miles. Feeling strong and I can feel increased endurance. Yay!

    50m sprint (00:46 - mega happy with that - 2 seconds faster than my fastest previous :D)

    Yay! Got my hour swim in earlier than planned today. The pool closes for maintenance on the 24th or 26th for two full weeks. During that time, I might try out a bodyweight/cardio class...
