Body shape and exercise?

I'm 5'3 138lbs and my measurments are 39 24 39. What kind of exercise should I be doing for my body type? I have got the eating down and I want to lose another 10 pounds. I hate my body shape though. My rib bones stick out and yet I have fat arms and legs. Any exercise ideas?

    Any exercise that you enjoy is right for your body type.

    If you're asking how to trim down on your arms and legs, remember that you can't spot reduce. Again, any exercise that you enjoy couple with proper eating is the main way to do this.

    You may want to look into a full body heavy lifting program like Starting Strength, because preserving muscle as you work to lose fat will help you to have a balanced look as you reach your goal weight. A lot of people find they really enjoy lifting!
