Hi all. Long story short, I used to be bigger but lost a bunch of weight through diet/exercise. Now my body has some loose skin, mainly around my stomach. A stomach 'pooch'. It doesn't look as bad until I bend over/position my body certain ways. I got Insanity last year, but only did a couple of weeks of it. Well I'm ready to do the whole thing now, but my question is, will it help with tightening/toning my stomach, or will it make it worse? Please help! This loose skin is ruling my life. Thanks in advance.

if you lost alot of weight you may have to have the excess skin removed surgically some insurances will pay the expenses. how much weight did you lose0

yes Insanity works just great cause it fills you up with muscles also keep cardio training so that results are visible faster like add some running and then abs, insanity is already a great cardio by itseld but if you have a day you're aching just run and .1 hour of abs0

I remember being at my biggest, 220 lbs. Three years later, I am now around 165 lbs. I've read everywhere that surgery is the only option, but I am willing to try my hardest to not resort to that (though I couldn't afford it anyway).0 -
