anyone know any good exercises?

I'd like some good exercises to lose a couple inches off my waist. That don't require equipment:)

    your body can not lose weight from only one specific area. Example: you can't just say I want to lose weight on only my arms.

    Eat at a calorie deficit and workout. That is how it is done. You can workout a certain muscle group till your blue in the face but that will not reduce any fat you have over the muscle. You have to eat at a calorie deficit for burning off the fat.


    edited to add:
    Strength training will burn more calories then cardio as you increase your muscle mass. Lift weights!

    What the PP said. To increase your calories burned, exercises include

    Running
    Walking
    Jumping Rope
    Skipping
    Dancing
    Swimming
    Biking
    Hiking
    Lifting
    Elliptical
    Bodyweight cardio
    Kickboxing..

    And basically anything else that burns calories. You can't spot reduce, you just have to reduce your overall bodyfat percentage
