    This is really inspiring!! I started working out this spring, and was mostly sticking to 30 minute sessions. I've had great results, but realized the only way to do better is to do more. So the last few weeks I've been running longer and doing longer strength/resistance workouts. This month, so far, I've done about 9 hours, but I hope to join a September 24 hour forum and will work towards hitting that goal. Thanks for the motivation!

    So glad you're planning on next month, will be great to have you!

    You know what.... I'm sat here typing how proud I am that I've done so much formal exercise even though I won't make the 24hrs.... and I'm left thinking why shouldn't I? 3 days left, 4hrs30 mins to go, that is 1hr 30 mins a day of exercise. I can do that. I will do that. I don't want to be left on Sunday with 90 mins left to go... to be so close would just suck. If I was like 12hrs left then I'd feel ok, but 90mins would probably leave a nasty taste in my mouth.... so here's to a hard 3 days to get to the finish line - RAAAAAR I can do it!!!

    Great attitude! I had a month like that where was so close. Those last few days, I felt like all I did was work out but I made it that month and was very proud. You can do it!
