    "Coffee and tea also count in your tally. Many used to believe that they were dehydrating, but that myth has been debunked. The diuretic effect does not offset hydration."

    Interesting. I never knew they'd debunked that idea, I think I'll still drink extra water just in case though. I always feel like I lose fluids more when I have extra caffeine in my system, especially coffee.. Could be in my head, could just be an issue of it irritating my body a little.

    What if your water is infused with a slice of lime,a leaf of fresh mint, and a slice of cucumber? Would that count that under water or would you log it separate?

    Sure, log it as water, or don't. Do what you want to do. Live your life under YOUR Rules.
