Not losing weight

Hi everyone,
I have only been logging my food through myfitnesspal for a couple of weeks - but I've changed my diet, eating healthy and doing exercise for a couple of months now. However, I have literally lost NO weight - I have even put on 1.5lb this week! I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

I can't really tell what's going on without looking at your food diary, but my guess is either a:) your macros/calories are off and need to be adjusted, b:) you aren't pushing hard enough in your workouts and you need to make sure you are putting forth your best effort or c:) a and b aren't a problem and you are building muscle (which is more dense than fat). I can help you more after I see your food diary.0

after this amount of time, assuming you dont have any hormonal or or endocrine issues then you simply are either either more food than you realize or eating more than your body needs.
and pushing hard in your workouts has o effect on your weight loss if you eating more than your body requires or eating at maintenance0 -
Thanks Mark - I keep my calories within my goal on MyFitnessPal. I haven't been using the gym as much this last week as I am busy at work - but I make sure to do ab training twice a day at home. Just a bit confused is all!0

Ok that seems like it might be the problem (exercise). You should be exercising in some way 5-6 times a week. If it's too hard for you to get to the gym there are plenty of home workout DVD programs out there. Some are only 25-30 minutes which is easy to fit into a busy schedule.0

Remember one pound equates to 3500 calories. Therefore if you haven't eaten 3500 calories less or burned thru exercise that much, you won't see it on the scale.
You have to be patient, check your settings again, make certain you're not drinking your calories with soda or other high calorie energy drinks. If you have too, weigh your food before cooking.0
