Sports Drinks....

So i'm not a big fan of gatorade or powerade because it wasn't until recently that they made them without corn syrup, but I do like an occasional Vitamin Water of SOBE water. Are these bad to drink?! I drink a lot of regular water as well.

    No, it's fine occasionally. Everything in moderation is my belief system. :happy: I love the SOBEs that don't have about 15 calories per serving. They're tasty!

    Honestly, an occasional Mountain Dew won't kill you or ruin your "diet" either. Key word there :) Depending on what occasionally means for you, you might look closer into their content details and true health benefits or lack of (I've never actually had or looked at the stuff so no idea) but if it's just sometimes don't worry about it.

    I use Ultima because it is all natural. I only use it when I run more than an hour long.
