    So all that shoveling has apparently caught up with me over the weekend. As I lay in bed till 3pm on Saturday unable to move. BAH! I took the weekend off from exercise and dieting. I have probably gained 5 lbs from this, but I really needed it as it seems. I'll take it as a mini vacation. Back to it today though, I cannot continue in this fashion, but could use the days off.

    1.31.11 Goals:
    1) WATER
    2) Create a routine and schedule...lots to accomplish this year :o)

    Dont have time to really post goals. Just wanted to remind everyone to set up a February thread. So whoever is on first, create a topic and then post the link here to so we can redirect there. Maybe one of our UK peeps who come on early can set it up! Got a busy day tomorrow, but I will try to pop on!

    TOM is on the way. I have already gained 1 kg (lets hope it's water weight)
    to counteract it's effects today I will drink a ridiculo amount of water.
