Hello "Community"!

First time to "explore" the full website on the PC. Been using the App for some time and didn't take time to "explore" on the App. Had a little down time at work today so hello everyone! Organization promoted "getting healthy" and watched my wife (my hero) start shedding pounds and thougth, 'I need to get with the plan!" At 52 I'm grateful that I can and have gotten with the plan. My wife and I are both running (for the first time in our lives!) and logging our food! WOW! Having to buy new wardrobes. She's down over 50 lb. and I just crested the 30 lb. lost goal! Why? You say - simple, at 52 I began thinking about retiring (still a long way off) and realized I'd be lucky to get to retirement age and still be able to enjoy it. So my goal is not necessarily weight loss, or healthier eating but this - I want to be able to enjoy a long, healty, active retirement with my one and only wife for life! It's a great journey we're taking together! If you're new to the program just remember, the important things is not where you are, but what direction you're heading! Just move!

By the way. My profile pic was taken before I started moving! It's motivation for me to see the shape I WAS in!
