hi every one i have managed to stay under my calories going to try very hard too keep it up now i need to work on more exercise ihave arthritis inmy knees and back so it is a challenge but i am going to figure it out good luck to all of you

I have it also more in my back than my knees I am using he tread mill but I have to bend over a lot to relieve the back pain. The air stepper is suppose to be good and when you walk, walk on the grass instead of the pavement when possible, less jarring. Or even you can walk on the track at your local high school or college most of them are padded for the runners. Good luck oh and water arobics0
