Finally, things are moving! First 10 lbs gone - took long enough.

Anyway, I've tried measuring a couple of times and nothing has changed; except my face & neck. You can only barely tell. I'd LOVE to see some inches go from my torso, glutes & thighs (upper arms too - ew! and back... and..... ).

When do other people notice that the inches are finally falling off their waist, hips and thighs?

Unfortunately, I can't do any strength training at the moment due to various shoulder/arm injuries. Resistence/weights seem to aggrevate it quite a bit. I'm still recovering from injuring them a week ago from a light resistence band workout. I know that would help...

Everyone will lose differently as we all have a predisposition to add fat in different places.

I lose my face first, then boobies, belly and thighs. My arms and neck are harder to change.

The more fat you lose, and the more muscle you build, the more you will notice come off.

    You're doing great!:flowerforyou:

Some of the first 10 pounds was probably water weight and then then the rest you generally lose pretty evenly through out your body.

And when the changes do start coming they are going to be very subtle. Take pictures of yourself and measure so you can get a good comparison because our memories don't always serve us very well in this area.
