AM Yogurt and apple Yuminess!

So, this is the first recepie I will upload WOO!!!
This is prety much my daily morning meal. I think its prety good. What do you think?

1 apple WITH skin, diced
1/2 cup (4oz) PLAIN, Low fat yogurt
2 Tbsp sliced, raw almonds (not salted or sweet)
2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed ( the amount can be optional, i like my flaxseed every morning =3
1/2 oz crushed pecans, raw (not salted or sweet)
1 Tbsp organic honey

This is prety much it. Sometimes I substitute the apple for some blueberries and raspberries...or any berry i can get my hands on. Also...substituting OR adding walnuts is good, they have Omega-3 and that is VERY good for you.

So....what do you think? :)

OH!! BTW.... This is about 400 Cal....Not bad for an important daily meal like breakfast
