    About to roast the tomatoes and have the chicken marinating! MM MMM MMMMMMM!!!!

    Can't you just taste it Shannon?? The succulent chicken thighs grilled with the zesty lemon.....and the tomatoes with the added ZING of the capers and more lemon....woooweeee...gonna be a FRISKY dinner if I do say so myself!

    Along with the succulent, juicy, bursting with........flavor chicken thighs....I will be serving a hearty, satisfying whole grain rice blend flavored with the ever so mouth-watering flavors of roasted garlic!! Along with that will be a mix of vegetables that I will steam to release the myriad of taste that is hidden among the green and orange gifts given to us by the Earth!

    BUT, once in awhile I like to get chicken thighs. They are usually juicier and have a different flavor sometimes.
