    Me to. I don't have any energy as well but I make myself get up and go. I also have cravings big time but I refuse to give into those to. If you want to get up and exercise you do it. There is no magic word or saying that makes us. Either you have the will to do or the will to not do. Its about choices not the excuses we tell ourselves.

  • I just suck it up and move. It sucks at first, but then I am so glad I got moving. Lessens the cramps and gives me more energy.

    I need to workout even if i have pain. If i dont work out tom seems to stay longer. when I exercise tom's visit is shorter.

  • Same advice really. I find I just keep on trucking as if it's any other day.
    Advil or Midol may help but as others suggested, exercise actually helps and gives you some energy.
    Don't let it control you, even though I know you're in pain. My daughter actually throws up the first day :(
