Hi there! I'm 5'11". My current weight fluctuates between 145-148 and my goal weight is 140.0

in 6" right now and i weigh 160. my goal weight is 140.0

I'm 5'11" and weigh 165 at the moment. Not sure what my goal weight will be, I am taking it 2 pounds at a time right now. But I am guessing that it will be around 154.0

I'm 5' 11 and currently at 186. My original goal was 168 but now I'm thinking 154. I started out at 214.0

I'm 5' 11.5" and I weigh about the same and I'm going for somewhere between 150-160..
My sister is tall like you (well, 5'10.5" actually) and I think she looks great in the 150-160 range! She also looks great in the 170 range, too, but I think SHE prefers it a little lower. :flowerforyou:0 -

Goal was 160
Starting weight was 185.2
My bf% is 19.4
Goal bf% is somewhere around 17
I lift and eat a LOT
I will start gaining soon
My ultimate goal still is somewhere around 160

I'm 5'11", currently aiming for 145 as I'm small or medium framed depending on the measurement taken (wrist or elbow). But I'd rather weigh a bit more than that in the end and gain muscle (or finally uncover what I have).0

5'11, currently 149.2 (as of Friday). Goal: 147. Will it make a lick of difference, no. But I like that #! LOL0
