Decreasing Muscle Mass on Legs?

Ok, so I have really quite muscley legs, particularly on my thighs and calves. I was wondering if anyone knew how to decrease your muscle mass?

    Consider it a blessing for now. More muscle mass = more calories burned! A lot of overweight people have fairly strong legs from carrying the extra bulk around. As you lose weight, your muscle will decrease also. Keep doing cardio (running, biking, walking, etc) and perform at least some form of strength training. For strength training, I would go with a high rep (15-20) and lighter weight approach for your lower body workouts, as that will concentrate more on muscular endurance than adding muscle.
