I'm embarrassed to admit that I haven't worked out in 5 days. A week ago I stubbed my pinky toe and it puffed up 2 times its size and painful to wear shoes because shoes rubbed against it. I continued to workout on it for 3 days until the pain was unbearable and decided to let it rest for a few days. Today it's still puffed up and continues to hurt when I walk on it.
Anyways besides a stationary bike or swim (in which I don't have access to a pool) what are some other good workouts that are low impact that burn many calories?? Yesterday I cleaned my apt to get in a workout but I can't do that everyday.

Doing 90 minutes of yoga, I burn 240 calories (approx) according to MFP database. And if you talk to the instructor before class, you can tell her/him about your toe, and they are usually good about helping you with modifications for injuries like that.
You should have a doc look at that toe though, sounds broken to me. It's ridiculous how easy it is to break toes!
Good luck!0
