    That being said, I consider it healthy part of normal life, and therefore I do not include it.

    There are several calculators on line that can figure that out for you, then you just plug it into "my exercises" on here. It all depends on how much you put into it, and how long it lasts. Depending on my participation, I don't always count it. And when I do count it, I subtract 5 or so minutes from the actual total so I am not overestimating calories burned. Doesn't add up to much, but every little bit helps! :smile:

    Oh goodness, an hour. I don't have the energy for that any more. I don't think I burn enough in 5 minutes to ever worry about it. :tongue:
