Extremely frustrated

I am starting to get frustrated, I do not plan on stopping, I just wish I saw the results. I have been running 30-45 minutes at least 4-5 days a week and on the days I do not run I do the Biggest loser 6 week slim down. i watch what i eat, I may no stick strictly to my calorie goals but I do not go crazy, I drink a lot of water during the day. I started out 1 month ago barely able to run 10 minutes, I have worked my way up to the 45 minute runs. However my weight loss is not going down, I have had compliments that you can see the weight loss in my face, however it is discouraging. I workout 7 days a week. I love it I feel better, but it sucks not to have physical results. i understand I am bulding muscle, but I have a lot of excess belly fat that I would like to slim down from my multiple pregnancies. Second does anyone have any tips for exercises for lower abs.

  • I have the same problem. I was BALWING this morning after only losing one pound this week and broke down and ate. Then I join you all. Standing AM Abs by Jennifer Gilardi the ten minute workout really helped my tummy, I did it 5 times a week. you can find it on exercise tv or youtube.
  • How much have you lost in the month? You really arnt providing enough useful information
