OK... I started on the Treadmill two weeks ago. Last week I started the C25K and on week 1 day 3 I felt pretty strong so I ran on level 5 for ten minutes after the C25K workout. Could have ran longer, felt much stronger then when I first started out. The problem is that made my knees pretty sore. So for the last three days have only walked on the treadmill. I will be going to get fitted for some good running shoes but my question is, has any tried this indoor bike? Any insights good or bad on this one?

I am thinking of buying this and using this to build cardiovascular strength and then just use the treadmill for walking.
