I got the EA Sports Active 2 last night and worked out on it for like 15 minutes, then again today for like 18 minutes. I tried putting the USB into my laptop and the regular home computer and it isn't on my profile that I made. It says I have a problem with my connection. What should I do to get it to work?

I thought the usb connector allows the motion sensors to be picked up by the wii. It's not used to store info.

dcaswell10 is right. It's not a flash drive for your computer. It's just a detector for the heart rate monitor and the leg motion sensor.

I set up my wii for my wireless internet connection. It uploaded my information right from there and then I could online to the EA website and see my information that way.

Go to your Wii home screen, and click in the lower left where it says "Wii" in the circle button. Then select the button on the right with the wrench, Click the right arrow to go to page 2 of the settings, and select "internet," then "connection settings." From there you can make sure your wireless connection is set up correctly. If it asks for a password, it will either be the WEP key on your modem, or if you set up a password for your network, it will be that password. Make sure you also have WiiConnect24 turned on (it'll be just under "internet" back in the settings page).

Hmm... well I don't know. I would maybe contact tech support for the game and see if they can walk you through it. Those are the only things I would know to check. :-/

Don't feel stupid. It does look just like a flash drive, and I initially thought it was something for the computer too. :)

I thought the same thing! I just hadn't had time to plug it into my laptop yet! :)

Has anyone else had trouble with the EA servers not communicating with your Wii? Mine was fine in the beginning but my last 3 workouts have said there is a problem with the EA servers. I have checked everything on my end and it all tests fine.
