Total Carbs vs. Net Carbs

Hello
I'm on a low carb diet, meaning I'm aiming to have my carb intake to be more or less than 50g/day. Some of my Atkins bars when I input them, have the net carb value already stored....other generic items dont though, of course. So do I figure out my net carb intake from those foods by subtracting fiber from my carbs? If you take a look at my food diary, yesterday for example, what was my carb intake?
Thanks!!

Thanks!!

Yes. Net carbs = total carbs minus fiber. Track both carbs and fiber in your diary settings and simply use the totals to do the math.
Edit: Your net carbs for yesterday was 28 grams.0
