Thought it was about time i said hello, been with the site since end of january this year and have found this to be very helpful and keep me on track. i started the gym at the same kind of time and have been really enjoying it, surpprised if i do say so myself .
i lost a bit less then my tracker says (thought i was 3 stone heavier then i was) :happy: when i first started .

ive lost just over a stone i believe and are happy with the way its going. ive signed my self up to do a 10 mile walk at midnight for our local hospice to give me an aim as well as doing it for my self.

well done to everyone whos on here

    Great news on the weight loss well done! Fantasic that you're raising money for your local hospice, a subject very close to my heart, im doing a 10k run in july to raise money for our local hospice too x

    well done you, i'm with you on being close to your heart. this gave me a kick to lose the weight and do the walk.
