I have been walking everyday. I have clocked 26 miles last week and so far 4.08 just on sunday. Hope everyone is doing well! Keep moving and stay hydrated0

This is great! Down 2 more pounds and did 2 miles M-F last week. I'm also going to add the 30 day shred starting today (hope I make it tomorrow). I really think I'm going to do the walking every day from now on....I really feel more awake on the days that I walk in the moring and it makes a difference in my day. Luv it!0

Ugh, so behind on my workouts...it's been snowing outside....snowing! So I haven't really been able to go for walks outside...anyway, I'll get back on that horse.0

Weather is getting nicer for now. My goal is to reach 10,000 steps each day. I get in around 7800 - 8000 just at work. Today, and it was sunny, I stopped to walk around the pond before heading home, then took little dog, Charley out for our mile walk. Got in 16,125 steps, YEAH!!! Things are looking up :happy:0

Really happy with last week. Walked 2 miles per day (M-F) with Leslie Sansone Weight Loss Walk and lost 1.5 lbs. I would love to add 1 more mile per day but can't find the time right now.
