Thanks for the info. I disagree with #16, lifting heavier weights at fewer reps burns more fat. I think more reps at lower weights build more lean muscle, which will burn more fat in the long run.0

had to LOL at wii boxing. Who would have thought that boxing used more energy than golf :P
don't agree with point 35. If you are still at a calorific deficit then one vodka is not going to harm your weight loss.
Point 16 is very ambigous. Lift heavy weights to create growth stimulus to build muscle to increase metabolism is what I think it is trying to say?0
