221.2 is my final weigh in for april!0

My final weigh in for April is 158. Not good, not good at all. However, I have lost inches around my waist and hips, and definitely feel the difference in my clothes. So, my only conclusion is that I'm building muscle. I do notice a difference in my body as well. My legs are looking more solid, and the top part of my stomach has gotten super flat. I don't think I'm going to join for May, but still want to see everyone's progress. I'm afraid not seeing any movement in the scale will discourage me so I don't want to put the 10 lb goal on myself.
Great job to everyone who lost lbs in April!!!! I'm hoping to see the scale move within the next month or so!!! And thank you for keeping track of everyone!!!0 -
Final April weigh in is 254. Didn't hit 10, but got 6...
At least it was a negative number!!

My final weigh in for April was 223.2. Not quite as close to the goal as I'd wanted -- but I never gave up on myself. And I don't plan to. Thanks for all the motivation and inspiration. Congrats to all of you who are pleased with your numbers -- be they inches or pounds. To those that didn't quite get as far as they wanted (like me lol) hope to see you in May's group.0

Total weight loss in April... went from 247 to 239. Not the 10 I was lookin for... but 8 is good for me. I will take that any month. Going for 10 for May now!!! You can do this!!!0

Are we using the same thread for May? Well I'm down 2 lbs so I guess I squeezed those in this weekend. Just finished day 16 of Insanity, and it's amazing what a good workout does for me. I wake up with so much energy (except today, I'm feeling a bit under the weather), and I feel my leg muscles with every step I take. It's like certain parts of my body are waking up from hibernation. It's a great feeling. So I'm going to stick to my routine, and hope the lbs fall off.
I am, however, having trouble eating back all my exercise calories. I've done a lot of research, and I should be netting anywhere from 1300 - 1800 calories/day. I don't get close. Maybe a few times i've gotten to 1300 but that was really pushing it. Anyone have any experience/advice they could share with me?0 -
I failed!!! I lost 6 lbs and though if we had extended to May then maybe... but 6 lbs is better than none... What are we doing in May?0
