I found it difficult as well when I started off. The key I found for myself was to eat more protein and less refined sugars and starchy food, they make you hungry very quickly. Also try eating every 2-3 hours that way you are not letting your body go into starvation mode that you bing! I struggles a lot with portions too, if I didn't feel full then I wasn't satisifed and would looking for food to eat. Keep up the great work you are doing!! As long as you stick to it you will achieve your goal!!0
