Whats a food habit you can't seem to shake?

Candy. I quit eating candy for almost a year, didn't touch it. Jawbreakers, skittles, suckers, nerds, jolly ranchers...you name it. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I almost never touch it now. For once I can actually eat only a few pieces and not feel like I have to have the whole bag and then go buy more!
chips. Same thing...barely let myself have them now. And crackers! Saltine crackers! Both of them are things I really, really have to keep away from myself.0 -
Reading while I eat. I love it too much. But I used to go and get more food, just so I could read (and escape from the kids) more.0

Anything that is carby,sugary, or salty. I just can't seem to stop. Especially with chips, pizza, corn nuts, chocolate, bread, pasta, etc0

Extra buttery homemade popcorn
Diet pop
Cheese (although I've pretty much stopped eating it and carbs lately, and have dropped 5 pounds like nothing)0
