Today was quinoa with sauted green beans, yellow beans, carrots. I used sesame oil and some chili paste to saute in. Quick & easy since the quinoa was leftover.0

I had a sub made at home. man oh man the sodium in all that stuff. oh well I can still have a great dinner. Not sure what it will be though and I have room for snacks. Haven't decided on that either.0

I had a chicken wrap, 2 oz of chicken, handful of brocolli, and pinch of shredd cheese, and in a spinch tortilla, and place on pan, and grill both side, so cheese melts...yummy0
