I have not had a C-section but I had a hysterectomy about 5-6 years go so it its pretty much the same cut. I have found a clean diet with high protein and lower carbs has helped my stomach look alot tighter. Also Pilates works really well for slimming and flattening your tummy so you might want to try that as well. Its a very low impact workout but works very well at contouring and strengthening your core. Hope that helps0

I talked to my OB/GYN about this (Love Her!). She said cardio, pillates and yoga. If that fails, tummy tuck.
Even though I am down 70 pounds I still have it. My workout routine has been sporadic. Something I am working on stepping up the routine.

I had a c-section July of 2008 and without seeing the scar, you would never even know that I gave birth. My profile pic is from last week. So it IS possible!!!0
