    That is so sweet! I love it! Mine are getting on board as well! My 8yr old works out with me when he's here, he's so cute! I find it funny that he can't keep up with me! And, now both my sons are starting to read nutritional info and make better decisions! LOVE IT! (And, yes, I do still let them be kids, they get their fair share of kid food, but I like to teach them as well!)

    So sweet, reminds me of my 4 year old. When she sees me eat something different she looks at me and says "is that in your calories?" Yep, they watch us more than we realize!
