Greetings Everyone,

I'm new to myfitnesspal.com but I'm loving it. I've tried other programs and left them behind out of frustration. I have to say that tracking consistently was my first goal. I have now been tracking every scrap I put in my mouth - and exercise too. It is motivating me. As I learn more about the content of the foods I am eating, I am noticing a shift to the healthier foods without craving the "bad stuff" because I know that I'm becoming healthier - I feel better when I eat right. I just started adding exercise in and I'm not worrying about being rigid with it. I am working towards walking every day on my lunch. After just a few days, it's something I look forward to. It's stimulating to my muscles and a mental break from the stress at work. So far, I'm LOVING that I'm learning about the foods and exercises that help me get and stay healthy and that I don't have to pay for it!

My doctor recommended this program to me - and I wish I'd have asked him a long time ago...but I'm here now and I'm staying.
