So I have developed a new addiction....spinning (or studio cycling as some call it). I love the challenge and the awesome workout and calorie burn.
My question is, does anyone know if this is a good cardio exercise to take daily? I also lift weight about 3 times a week, but I was wondering if taking spin classes 5-6 days a week is too much. I hope not, because I love the workout I get from them better than from the elliptical and treadmill.

I wouldn't think so if your body is not sore from it then go for it!! I love it myself and my spin class is my fav time of day!!0

I lead spin classes and it is the best cardio exercise that you can do! I have a puddle of sweat around the bike when I'm finished. I love it too and you burn lot's of calories! :happy: :happy: :happy: As long as it's not hurting your knees then you should be good to do this every day!:flowerforyou:0
