Week 1 (4/25): 217 lbs
Week 2 (5/2): 215 lbs
Week 3 (5/9): 214.5 lbs
Week 4 (5/16): 211 lbs
I have lost 3.5 lbs this week
Goal weight (6/21): 197 lbs (I have 14 lbs to go!)
I did 'ok' on the challenge. I didn't get in as much exercise as I would have liked but I did push an extra 10 min when I did.
