Hi everyone
I'm not fat, but I want to lose my belly, there is some fat there :-(
High : 6 10
Weight : 159 Lbs
Gym 5 days a week
30 Min cardio, 60 min free weight three days a week
60 min core twice a week.
Hi protein diet and medium carb.
Any sugestion ?

I would try to bump up your cardio and see what happens. Also, make sure your drinking lots of water...0

I also recommend adding more cardio.0

Crunches and sit ups!! Lots of them. Most people do not work that area out and all the cardio will not get rid of the tummy fat.0
