EAT ANYTHING! LOSE WEIGHT!

Timing is key. I noticed that I can eat almost anything during the day and if I keep it light and healthy at night I still lose weight. Anyone seen similar results? Good luck to all!

    Yes, I have noticed that...

    But I am also watching my calories. I eat something heavier in calories on the days I am going to work out and I shy away from them on the days that I am not...

    Still losing.

    I even have fat free ice cream at night...almost every night.
