Can you recommend a healthy yet yummy salad dressing?

My new favorite is Newman's light Sesame Ginger dressing. Great for salads and to cook with!0

Some of the Walden Farms (zero everything) ones aren't too bad, but I usually like making mine better. If you go to eatingwell.com they have plenty of recipies that are pretty healthy. Some of them have more calories than others, but you won't be eating as much processed stuff.0

Olive oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette is the best all natural dressing that I like.
But for store bought and convenience -
I found most of the Newman's Own are good - especially like the light balsamic
or I just found Wish-Bone has a Romano Basil Vinaigrette with EVO
Try to avoid - High Fructose Corn Syrup hidden in the ingredients0 -
A trick I learned (can't remember where) is to have your dressing on the side and dip your fork in it then pick up a bite of salad. You use a lot less dressing and get some flavor in every bite. I do this at restaurants when I want the fatty creamy stuff. As for at home, if you are willing to make your own, fat free yogurt, silken light tofu (Moru Nu), or low fat mayo make good creamy bases.0
