hey just wondering about how many carbs and grams of protein is recommended daily for this?? or percentages? please and thanks!

    MFP defaults to 55% carbs, 15% protein, and 30% fat. I reset mine to 40/30/30 after much fiddling.

    its typically g of protein/lean muscle (or what weight you want to be) id personally bresk it up to 45/35/25 protein/carb/fats but in the end its what works for you as well.

    Ditto this ... what works for me or for others' suggestions is specific to their body and lifestyle. Personally my daily goals are 25/45/35 carbs/fat/protein ... you'lll find what works for you in time. Message me if you want to understand how it's working.
