I've seen this question asked before but didn't pay much attention to the answer because I wasn't doing it. So, now that I"ve started it, I need to know how to count it in my exercise...what do you choose?

Please help!

Never mind, just found it on another post - circuit training.

Wow, according to this site, I burned 301 calories doing this - is this right?

From what I have researched for the 30DS, it isn't 301 calories burned. It is actually 197. But it feels like 301. lol

The number of calories you burn depends on your height/weight (and some will say level of intensity). The only reason your calorie burn will match up to someone else's is if they are the exact same size as you are.

I'm a big girl but I still think that amount calories is a lot to burn in a 20 minute workout...but hey, who am I to argue...it makes me feel pretty darn good LOL!

I trust the amount that MFP gives me (240) because of the amount of sweat pouring off me when I do it! I burn at a similar rate when I do the elliptical for just 20 minutes.
