I've been on myfitnesspal for three weeks and have done ok but im not exactly a major success story....but still it is only three weeks! As they say its a marathon not a sprint and will take time for the results to show. My primary goal is to lose weight for a holiday in October but overall im doing it for myself and my wellbeing.
This week however i have started to log onto the site but not complete my food log and i've had a slight dip in my exercise. Whilst ive had the tiredness due to not having my regular intake of calories i've not boosted my diet by eating more fresh and healthy foods.
I have continued to have a snack lunch. i.e something bought for a store like a quick go ahead bar or something like that to boost my energy during the day but i know its not right.
I've also had a dip in my exercise and i need to increase the exercise im doing not decrease it !!!
My aim was to do some yoga but its never really started !

I'm about 3 weeks in. This was a hard week for me, too. I really struggled to meet my exercise goals, and they are not big goals! I'm tired and I don't feel thinner! But as you said, we're only 3 weeks in. Let's keep each other going another three weeks and see how we feel about it then - sound like a good plan?0

Don't get discouraged! Today is a new day, and you can get back on track!
This is my third week as well, and it does take some getting used to! I'm trying to plan my meals and snacks in advance to help me meet my calorie goal, and if I miss a day of exercise, I don't beat myself up, I just make sure I do a bit extra the next day!
Good luck!0
