I've been on this site for over a month and I haven't lost a pound, I was cheating or saying "Tomorrow will be better:....I finally got into the groove.

This week I have stayed under my calorie goal every day, I haven't had any sugared pop (I had one diet one), and on Wednesday I bought a bag of cheesies to eat during the final playoff game....they are still sitting un-opened in the cupboard!

Way to go! I really feel it gets easier each day. After a month of committing to my new lifestyle it felt like my new norm. Keep at it, and you will see the scale move.

That's great that you're getting into it and starting to look into your diet more! :) Hope you'll sail through it relatively easy :) I'm guilty of saying 'I'll do it tomorrow' too, but yeah been trying to get a little more disciplined when it comes to workouts. Read somewhere that "You'll never regret the run (or workout) you did, but you will usually regret the run (or workout) you didn't do". That's helped quite a bit haha :)

Great! Sometimes it takes a little time to get into the rhythm. It's hard but it is so worth it. Just stay focused, don't put it off til tomorrow and go with the program. Good luck!

It took me about a month to get into the swing of things. I used to always go over my calories by lunch. I kept logging anyway. I figured, even if I was going over, I was learning about my eating habits and slowly, they did start to change!

Way to go on leaving the snacks. I was really proud of myself the first time I did that and you should be too!!!!
