Getting off track on weekends!!!

I have been doing amazingly well during the week...yet on the weekend its so hard to keep on track. I dont have internet on my phone and I am rarely home with activities and three kids to log in online form my home computer. Once I way in on Monday my weight is back up to where I started. Any advice????

    Look at the nutritional facts on what you eat. Add it up manually. Pretty simple.

    I guess I am constantly on the go so having time to write things down and work things out hasn't been working for me...
