I am curious about Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 workout. Can someone tell me some more about it? I have done the 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvds. How does it compare to her other workouts??

I have done JM 30DS and Ripped and 6 Week 6 Pack.
Ripped is very similar to Shred except there are 4 workouts which i love, I got a bit bored doing each level for so long. Alot of the exercises are the same or very similar. It is still in the 3-2-1 format and around 30 minutes. So if you enjoyed Shred you should enjoy Ripped. I prefer Ripped better, less jumping for some reason Shred killed my legs (shin splints) with all the jumping and not in a good way, I guess Im so out of shape and overweight :(

Honey, you are not by yourself! I gave up on the Shred because those jumping jacks were killing my knees. I have hope now and may try Ripped in 30.

OH yea another difference is in the 3 minute strength section where as in the Shred she does the 2 moves (one at 30 seconds and the 2nd at 1 minute then repeat) in Ripped she breaks it up into 3 moves for 30 seconds a piece which I found better as well :) And in Ripped once you do a move such as jumping jacks in level 1 you never do jumping jacks again in the other 3 levels. So moves maybe similar but no repeating exercises throughout the levels. She does do squat jacks but those are easier to me than regular jumping jacks.
