I have a 1200 calorie's a day limit. If I was 500 calories Under yesterday, should I make up for it today by eating extra? And If if I go over my limit on any day, should I eat less the next day?

Quite a few people on MFP zig zag their calories and have a lot of success losing weight that way. If you eat under 1200 calories one day eat a few more the next day, just make sure that at the end of the week you have averaged 1200 calories a day. I've been trying that myself and it seems to work well. The theory is that it keeps your body from getting used to a set amount of daily calories and keeps your metabolism going:-)0

I'm one of the folks that purposefully mixes up calories day-to-day. It works very well for me.0
