My goal is 140. It's the high end of healthy BMI if you believe those charts, but I was that weight about 10 years ago so I know it looks good on me. I had dropped to 125-130 for a while and I looked too skinny.

I am somewhere between 5'2 and 5'3. I would love to be somewhere around 140. My first goal is 150 then see where I can get from there. I started at 183 and I am 171 as of today, so about 21lbs to go. I am going to work my butt off to get as low as I can!
  • I'm 5'2" and want to get to 200, then readjust my goal from there. I'd like to be 180 to 160. Then readjust from there.

I am 5'4 and my goal is 135. Once I get there I will probably want to go a little below that.

I'll be 50 in March next year, so I want to be 50 pounds lighter. With me not being able to work out for a month after my foot surgery next week...it may be a challenge but at least I know that I can get close to it.

I'm 53 years old. I think 150-160 would be good for me. I can't envision myself any lower. I can't even remember how old I was when I was in that range.
