Probably not. If anything it's better than being WAY over like most people are.

As long as you feel OK, go with it. You may need to up it if you start to feel "sick" before, during or after exercising~ I mean lightheaded, nauseaus, or extreme fatigue.

If you are always under the "limit" of sodium, you are probably eating VERY healthy with very few processed foods in your diet~ this is a GOOD thing!!

lower sodium isnt a problem as long as its not too low but usually hand in hand with that goes low potassium. My sodium is usually between 1000-1500 but my potassium which is supposed to be around 3500/day had been below 1500 and I got horrible muscle cramps/pains. Not just at night but constantly. once I consciously upped my potassium to around 2200 or so they went away. Its always a struggle with the potassium for me.
If you find you have that problem message me and I can give you some foods that i found helpful without sabotaging your sodium or calorie intake. I dont want to clog your thread with another topic.

I'm generally under my sodium but slightly over my potassium.

My sodium is always under 1000 unless I have a sandwich with deli meat for lunch....I think it is par for the course with eating healthier foods....packaged foods are packed with sodium, as it is a preservative and eating salty flavors makes you want more.
Even chicken breasts can be packaged in a sodium solution. If you are feeling good, I wouldn't worry.
